Description: B & W photograph looking straight up Bluff Road with Beach Road left to right in foreground. Horse tram rails removed 1915, poles erected each side of Bluff Road to support overhead wires for Sandringham to Black Rock railway tram. Line opened 1919, closed 5/11/1956. Black Rock section opened 1926, closed 31/08/31.
