Description: This photograph of Brighton Beath Baths shows John Marshall and Wendy Byrne standing on the boardwalk. Alan Trickey on the stairs and Kerry Lemon with one foot on stairs and one on boardwalk. John Marshall was a champion swimmer who later married Wendy Byrne. Alan Trickey was the son of Councillor Trickey one time Mayor of Brighton. The photographer Edward Hayes appears to have been commissioned by Brighton Council in 1954 to take a series of photos of flood damage etc.
