Description: B&W photograph The initial on this bluestone block is W.R.J. 26.3.00 referring to a criminal who was excecuted on the 26th March 1900. The block was placed in a sea wall which was built by council workers in the 1930s depression. It is to be found at the foot of Wellington Street.
