Description: Plan and photograph, plan yellow tinted, photograph black x white, plan 27.5 x 43.5cm, photograph 12.8 x 17.8cm. The plan and photograph show the re-subdivision of portion of the Castlefield Estate, bounded by Ludstone Street, Villeroy Street and Hampton Street. This was probably the land acquired by the War Services Commission at the end of the 1st World War - 70 acres.
