      Description: color photographs 10cm by 15cm - Old Pascoe Value PostOffice, 123 Essec St Pascoe Vale.  Old pascoe Vale post office building at the rear of 123 Essex St Pascoe Vale.  The building once stood at 40 Prospect St.  Its original owner Harry Larnach the grocer who lived next door at number 38 used it as his store from 1895 and as the post office from 1914.  The Post Office was removed to its present location at 154 Cumberland Rd in 1929.  Larnach and his wife Sophie continued the grocery business until the middle thirties bot sold the building at the beginning of World War 2 to Ronald and Phyllis McA A Kenzie.  They in turn sold the property in 1942 removing the old store to its present location.
