Description: View looking west from main walkway towards cottage, fountain and windmill, ca. 1886. The well and wimdmill that had been proposed for the gardens were completed the followign year, and allowed for construction of the lake (1884 to 1886). By 1888 it was proposed that the windmill be moved to Victoria Park and replaced with a gas engine.
