Description: Post card view of the Ozone Coffee Palace/Ozone Hotel in Koroit Street, Warrnambool, as it looked about 1895. It was erected in 1890 by a local syndicate at a cost of £32,000. Though it was Warrnambool's finest building, it proved a financial failure and was destroyed by fire in 1929. The Warrnambool Hotel now occupies the site.
