Description: One of Warrnambool's outstanding architectural features, the Ozone Hotel was destroyed by fire on February 23, 1929. The four storey building was reduced to a blackened shell, damage estimated at 100,000 pounds. This picture shows members of the fire brigade still in action, with interested onlookers nearby.
