Description: Illuminated address presented to Mayor Thomas Henderson to thank him for using his mayoral allowance to purchase a drinking fountain for the town. It is signed by the new mayor, Joseph Green and the town clerk, Charles Randall. The drinking fountain stands outside North Melbourne Post Office. Detail of the fountain.
