Description: Photograph Taggerty State School ca. 1905. the teacher was Miss M. Hemmingway (Mrs. Hector Dick Snr. of Acheron). The school was built on the Thornton Rd east of the Acheron River in 1875 by T. Carrison (Alexandra).
