Description: A water-colour sketch, showing the house in the background, winding path leading to the residence, and cattle grazing in the centre foreground. In 1842, Captain John Werge Howey acquired the property, which on his death went to his eldest nephew Major John Edwards Werge Howey, then to his eldest son.
