Description: At Marilla, in the library where the detail of an Elizabeth home of the Jacobean period is very evident, is seated the Minister of Education, Mr. A.O. Sachse and the reporter Mr. Lauderdale, Mr. Sachse was instrumental in drawing up the current Factories Act of Victoria and having it adopted unanimously by Parliament. Pictured, Mr. Sachse at his desk, surrounded by ornate objet d'art, and heavily padded leather chairs.
