Description: Photocopy of a newspaper article (Herald, c.1933) featuring two photographs looking south across the Yarra, up Punt Road hill (NB: not Anderson Street, as incorrectly captioned). Photos of the punt c.1860 are well-known (eg #7490), but the footbridge appears to be less well documented. It was built in 1899, and was eventually replaced by the Hoddle Bridge in 1938
