Description: Photo of newly completed homes built for war widows . The 16 houses were built off Ashleigh Street, Armadale, at a cost of £500 each, funded by popular subscription. A description of the project may be found in PCC annual report, 1918-19 pp 8-9. A series of eight photos was also published in that report (refer 8556-8563)
