Description: Black and white photograph of road workers at the corner of Wattletree Road and Armadale Street, Armadale. A similar photo was published in PCC annual report 1927/8 p.42, as well as two reports on the work (pp 23, 43). The reconstruction work was associated with the extension of the tram line down Wattletree Road.
