Description: One of a series of 4 photos published showing the work of the Emergency Hospital set up in the Armadale Primary School in order to deal with the influenza epidemic. A detailed report on p. 7 records that 716 patients were admitted to the Emergency Hospital during a 6 month period; 43 deaths were recorded.
