Description: One of a long series of photos (#10455-10524), mainly depicting pawnbrokers in Chapel Street, Prahran. At the time, there were half a dozen such businesses in Chapel Street. Also depicted are some opportunity shops, bric-a-brac and secondhand goods shops, a greengrocer and a shop specialising in selling and repairing old valve powered radios. There are also several streetscapes.
