Description: Photo of a large group of men, women and children gathered outside the town hall. The reason for the gathering is not known, though there is definitely a festive air to the occasion. Many of the men wear a distinctive motif in the lapel button-hole. On the wall at left is suspended some kind of garland, presumably related to the event.
