Description: Photo of Mary Ranken Herring with Judith Anne, who was born 8 Oct 1926. The pet magpie's name is Minnie. The family was living in Walsh Street, South Yarra, around this time. From c. 1923-1935, they had lived at 16 Kensington Road, South Yarra -- both houses were named Doiran.
