Description: Colour snapshot of the 'Pink House', a church-owned house in Malvern Road. The house was purchased with money from the sale of the church hall, and two others in Thomas Street were subsequently bought. They were experimental community houses intended to attract young people to the congregation -- see #12470 pp152-155 for details. The church later referred to them as Church Households. They were discontinued in Prahran after about a decade.
