Description: Photo taken at tree planting ceremony at Forrest Hills Boys' High School (Melbourne High School), almost completed. An official visit was paid to the school by councillors and Education Department officials on 23 June 1927 -- see Mayor's report for details. Council had contributed £6,000 towards the cost of the school.
