Description: Size: 107 x 162 mm Flood waters at the intersection of Gipps Street and Rupert Street with, as usual, a group of children rushing about excitedly. A terrace of two storey houses in Gipps Street to the east of Rupert Street can be seen, while to the left is the Gipps Street Methodist Church. All these have since been demolished.
