Description: Size: 113 x 510 mm Workers pose on the corner outside Ferdick Brothers boot factory. Staff range from lads who look about 12 to white-haired chaps in aprons and hats. One of these has slipped his jacket over his apron to lend an air of formality to the occasion. In the centre is the boss in collar and tie and next to him a lone woman, also in collar and tie.
