Description: Image held by Fitzroy Library. Taken from Fitzroy Municipal Rating Study. A multiple unit dwelling project, the extensions of which would transform the appearance of the City. Set in extensive and well-kept lawns and gardens, the flats front to Nicholson Street. There are 37 flats and a cafe. Twenty years ago the site was occupied by a single old house of 14 rooms.
