Description: Survey classification in August 1970 described the property as 'good brick'. Brought by Housing Commission on 23 December 1970 and still tenanted at August 1971. To its right (North), No.203 was classified 'Repairable'. As of 2009: Apparently now gone. Taken within the block Church Street-Rae Street- Nicholson Street. Targeted by Housing Commission, Victoria for broadscale demolition and construction of highrise apartment blocks. This was opposed by residents, both tenants and owners and factories. This campaign was a turning point in public housing policy and practice in Victoria.
