Description: Image held at Richmond Library. Snapshot of a baby, standing in a garden in front of a verandah. Born in 1888 Leslie (Squizzy) Taylor's family lived in Richmond. He was first convicted at aged 18, of assault and became increasingly more involved in violent crimes including robbery, murder, prostitution and protection rackets. He was noted for his dapper sense of style. He was shot by a Sydney gangster in 1927.
