Description: Image held at Richmond Library. An illustration of Erin St which consists of largely vacant land, particularly on the south side on which there is only a large house. The notes on the backing sheet housed with the image read: 'A pencil drawing of William Highett's house, now part of Epworth Hospital. The building still stands but is hidden behind later additions. The fenced areas, where sheep are grazing was called Highett's Paddock and stretched down to Hoddle St.' Handwritten notes at the bottom of the illustration read 'Erin St Richmond looking East from Hoddle St E. Melb.' (left-hand corner) and '1-5 Park Hill W. Highetts from E. Melbourne Dec 31 1973'.
