Description: Image held at Richmond Library. The girls are wearing sports uniforms and they are either standing or seated in rows for the photographer. One girl is holding a ball, several others are holding what appear to be toy koalas. Richmond Girls' High School opened in 1928, sharing premises with Central State School in Gleadell St. New buildings were completed in 1958; the school closed in 1993. Information accompanying the photograph reads: 'Richmond Girls' High School sports team taken during a sports afternoon between 1933 and 1935'.
