Description: Image held at Richmond Library. A contemporary photograph of the town hall tower and clock in Bridge Rd, Richmond. According to information accompanying the photograph: 'The building was remodelled during the 1930's depression but the original building is still standing behind the new plaster. The new facade was done in the typical 'modern' style of the 1930's'.
