Description: Image held at Richmond Library. Elevation and section of the match factory, prepared by the architect William Pitt, and to be built by Clements Langford in 1909. The factory was a showcase of modern conditions, with central heating, a recreation hall for staff, and sporting facilities. This image is a relatively recent photographic copy, source uncertain.
