The notes on the backing sheet housed with print read: '1935 Richmond football team on a trip to Hobart. Mr Mick Kanis, owner of Richmond's first Greek restaurant and a great team supporter is standing in the centre of the second row. For many years there was a meeting of the Richmond Football Club in the back room of his restaurant every Thursday night.'
